Well, at least most of it. It's positioned along the wall in a way that it's facing the windows, allowing vehicles and pedestrians going by to see it by looking at the far wall.
Although I doubt many people take their eyes off the road; there's a huge, sharp right curve just ahead.

My house isn't right next to the road; it's about 30-40 feet away.
And we live in a neighborhood where nothing ever happens (Please let there be no irony in this.)
And I also highly doubt anyone within 100 miles of me would steal action figures, even if it were just for the hell of it.
